1. Agreement

By purchasing or using PulseDev ("the Software"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Software.

2. License Grant

PulseDev offers a free tier and paid subscription plans. Free-tier users receive a limited, non-exclusive license to use PulseDev. Paid subscribers receive a non-exclusive license for the duration of their active subscription. A single license covers one user across up to 3 machines. Team licenses with SSO are available for organizations — contact us for details.

3. Restrictions

  • You may not redistribute, sublicense, or resell the Software.
  • You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software.
  • You may not use the Software to build a competing product.
  • You may not share your license key with others.

4. AI Features

PulseDev integrates with third-party AI providers including Anthropic's Claude, OpenAI's Codex, OpenCode, and Google's Gemini. Your use of AI features is subject to the respective provider's terms of service. PulseDev is not responsible for AI-generated output.

5. Refund Policy

Paid subscriptions come with a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied, contact [email protected] within 14 days of your first payment for a full refund, no questions asked.

6. Updates

Active subscribers receive all updates included in their plan for the duration of their subscription. Free-tier users receive updates at our discretion.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Software will be error-free or uninterrupted.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall PulseDev or its creators be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Software. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the license.

9. Termination

We may terminate your license if you violate these terms. Upon termination, you must stop using the Software and delete all copies.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Software after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of England and Wales, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction require otherwise.

12. Age Requirement

You must be at least 16 years old to use PulseDev. If you are under 18, you confirm that a parent or guardian has reviewed and agreed to these terms on your behalf.
