1. Agreement
By purchasing or using PulseDev ("the Software"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Software.
2. Plans and License Grant
Every plan gives you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use PulseDev. A license is for one person, on up to 3 machines.
- Free: no payment and no license key. Limited to the projects and agents shown on our pricing page.
- Pro (monthly or yearly): a subscription that renews automatically until you cancel. New subscriptions start with a 5-day free trial. If you cancel during the trial, you are not charged. If you cancel later, Pro stays active until the end of the period you paid for.
- Founder Lifetime: a one-time payment with no subscription. You get Pro features and every update we release for the current major version of PulseDev (for example, all 1.x releases), for as long as we make that version. A future major version may be sold separately.
3. Payments
LemonSqueezy is our merchant of record. It handles checkout, payments, sales tax and VAT, invoices and subscription billing, and your purchase is also subject to LemonSqueezy’s terms. You can manage or cancel a subscription from the link in your LemonSqueezy receipt email.
4. Restrictions
- You may not redistribute, sublicense, or resell the Software.
- You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software.
- You may not use the Software to build a competing product.
- You may not share your license key with others.
5. AI Features
PulseDev integrates with third-party AI providers including Anthropic's Claude, OpenAI's Codex, OpenCode, and Google's Gemini. Your use of AI features is subject to the respective provider's terms of service. PulseDev is not responsible for AI-generated output. Your agent runs on your machine and can read and change files in your project, so review its changes before you approve them and keep your work in version control.
6. Refund Policy
Every paid plan has a 14-day money-back guarantee. That covers Pro monthly and yearly (counted from your first payment after the trial) and Founder Lifetime (counted from your purchase). If you're not satisfied, email [email protected] within 14 days for a full refund, no questions asked. A refund deactivates the license.
7. Updates
Pro subscribers receive every update while their subscription is active. Founder Lifetime owners receive every update for the current major version, as described above. Free users receive updates at our discretion.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Software will be error-free or uninterrupted.
9. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall PulseDev or its creators be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Software. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the license.
10. Termination
We may terminate your license if you violate these terms. Upon termination, you must stop using the Software and delete all copies.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Software after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of England and Wales, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction require otherwise.
13. Age Requirement
You must be at least 16 years old to use PulseDev. If you are under 18, you confirm that a parent or guardian has reviewed and agreed to these terms on your behalf.
